Divya Sutra Plaza and Conference Centre Calgary Airport

I have conducted a 3 day community programme in Divya sutra.The service was excellent. The assistance provided by the floor staff was very compassionate and kind behavior.There was always a space for the care till the completion. The food was excellent with highest safety hygiene. I want to thank Mr. Zee who was the manager responsible was very cooperative , highly professional in dealing, moreover a person with gentle and kind. I will recommend to all communities to avail the same privilege what I have experienced. Thanks George.

From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warm smiles and a professional, friendly attitude, making us feel comfortable and valued. Ritika was extremely efficient at the reception, handling check-in and queries with patience and professionalism. Atharav was equally attentive, ensuring that all our needs were promptly taken care of. Both of them demonstrated excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine dedication to guest satisfaction. Their positive attitude, helpfulness, and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. It is clear that they take pride in their work, and their efforts made our stay smooth and memorable. We highly appreciate both Ritika and Atharav and look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely my favourite airport hotel. The building itself is a little rundown, but the rooms are clean and decently maintained. The beds are super comfortable and we were provided with two different firmness of pillows each which made for a very comfortable sleep after a very long airport wait and flight. The bathroom was clean and had a very deep bathtub, which was perfect for warming up after getting off the plane. There is even a decent restaurant downstairs for breakfast in the morning. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a king room on the top floor. The location is also very conveniently located to a liquor store that is open to 2 AM which was perfect because my husband really needed a beer after our airport/flight day.

Clean rooms, secure parking spots and very nice staff. When I stayed here the first night, I was worried about my vehicle because i read in a earlier review that the parking lot was sketchy. But I was put at ease because I seen a security vehicle driving around the parking lot every so often. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. There are no bed bug protector sheets on the beds but I always check and found the beds very clean, (no little black dots). The staff are very nice. The only thing that happened the three night I slept there was I got sick from the restaurant one night.

I had a wonderful experience at Divya Sutra Hotel, and I especially want to recognize Ritika at the front desk for her exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. She handled everything efficiently while still taking the time to ensure I felt comfortable and valued as a guest. Ritika went above and beyond to assist with my requests, answered all my questions patiently, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and genuine willingness to help truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Customer service like hers is rare to find, and she is a true asset to the Divya Sutra team. Arrived at the hotel by midnight, the receptionist (kham) was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Would come back again and would recommend it to my friends and family! Had a great stay at this hotel for such a cheap price!

Thank you to Hannah you are so amazing you made our stay perfect anything we needed you got for us!!! We wish there were 10000 more of you!!!! Our first encounter with this place was not the best with the first person(not mentioning name) but Hannah she switched our room and made everything else perfect!!!! I will absolutely stay here again because of Hannah!!! To the owner of this amazing place I would say please hire more people like Hannah. She’s so amazing. She’s not prejudice. She is just perfect!!!!!

We stay every two weeks throughout the year as I fly out for business. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Sometimes there is noise in the hall at night, but not often. The hotel is close to the small airport so the location is great. Sham at the front desk is generally the person on shift when we check in. He has great customer service and is always welcoming and efficient. We'll be back..
